The holidays are right around the corner and we all know that pictures make the perfect gifts for family and friends!

This super sweet mama is expecting her third daughter any day now. I was beginning to get nervous that we weren’t going to be able to get this maternity shoot in due to all the rain and the storms that have been gracing us with their presence, however, as soon as I arrived at her house the sun peeked through the clouds just in time for our session! Isn’t this family just adorable, I can’t wait to meet their new addition.

It was so amazing to have this family’s property to shoot on, it was an absolutely gorgeous rustic location full of family history. I wish you two the best with your little bundle!

This sweet girl kept wanting to put her head on her shoulder as her little “cutesy” pose, how could she ever get in trouble with that adorable look?

I honestly can’t believe that I haven’t posted this session from last fall, but better late than never I suppose. I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph this awesome couple and their adorable new puppy. Just before the shoot Mia called to let me know they were running late due to a slight wardrobe mishap, Bailey had chewed a hole in Daddy’s shirt. Oh the wonderful joy’s of a new puppy, but their cuteness always makes up for the bad things they do (like chewing up your favorite pair of Irregular Choice shoes). I had such a great time photographing Mia, Dexter, and Bailey, they are the cutest little family! Oh, and, if Mia looks familiar to any of you that would be because she was Miss Illinois USA 2007 and she truly is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the out.

Some of you may remember this super cute family from a post a few months back, now they have a new little addition to the family who is just as sweet as can be. I tried something a little different for this session so please let me know what ya think.

I’m sure many of you recognize this family because they have graced my blog on many occasions. This time they brought their very energetic poodle “Sophie” to join in on the fun

You may remember a one image sneak peek I posted a few weeks ago from this session, I promised to post a few more so here they are. We had some beautiful fall colors to work with and one happy smiling little boy. If you notice the laughs from mom & dad in the family shot, this is the most common reaction I get when I ask parents to look at each other

The H family took part in my holiday mini sessions and they were such a pleasure to photograph. I love how they interacted when little S was on his dad’s shoulders, true happiness and true smiles. Thanks so much for choosing me to capture your memories & I hope you enjoy the sneak peek.
